Don't worry too much about the hands it's meant to be hard to draw, if it bothers you too much you can always replace them with other things.

Also mind if i ask you which metro line that train is from, i mostly use the green and orange so i don't know what this one would be.

The lighting looks pretty good but maybe you should try to look at more bodies of the type you wanna draw before drawing.
